Subdividing their farm was no small decision, nor was the new home stead that will be the statement of the new roads in Pirongia township

The original farmhouse and sheds - all set to be pulled down, removed or replaced

With the old pool removed it was time to get into the detailed engineered pad. Once again using the Xpod system due to the soils.

With 6 steel portals including cast in steel there was a bit of head scratching, but in the end we got the master piece together and looking the part. We also built the frames from scratch on site for this build which was great for some of the younger guys who hadn’t built a house load before - Like I’ve always said, we don’t build kit sets.

It was a rough winter so seeing the frames up and roof going on was a sight for sore eyes.

It also gave the client the first solid look of what this farmstead is going to look like
