Here is a sample of some of the custom finishing work we have completed for clients in their homes.

We machined, laminated, resined, and sealed this beautiful mac live edge vanity.

Solid oak table

Started as raw slabs

Cut and laminated

Resin and biscuits help stabilize the lamination process

Once laminated, the larger knots and splits were filled with a clear resin

First coat of finish

When an oak tree feel down at my parents, we milled it up with an old Lucas mill, and turned it into a range of furniture and finishings like this oak table.

Concrete kitchen top

Boxed up and sealed ready for pour

Hand mixed, coloured, and poured on site.

Left for four weeks, then flipped and de-boxed

Light slurry hand pressed to fill and smooth any remaining air bubbles

3-4 coats of sealer

Finished product

Concrete bench top, waterfall leg and fire place hearth for our HQ build.

We had to get the kitchen reinforced with legs at 100mm spaces and all cabinet backs were made hard to the floor to take the extra load of the heavy top.

T&G feature walls throughout this home including a hidden door to access the attic.

Matching floating concrete shelves and hearth.
